Service Description

Strength Circuits is a fun and effective group fitness class focused on building full-body strength. Using a circuit-style format, you’ll move through a series of stations that target different muscle groups, combining resistance exercises with controlled movements to improve strength, endurance, and overall fitness. This class is suitable for all abilities. Exercises can be easily adapted, so whether you’re new to strength training or looking to push yourself further, you can work at your own level. Our instructor will guide you throughout, offering options and encouragement to help you get the most out of the session. A great way to get stronger, feel fitter, and enjoy training as part of a supportive group.

Cancellation Policy

Class bookings can be cancelled or rescheduled from your App up to 1 hours before the start time of your class for members. Pay as you go bookings do not have the facility to reschedule however you may cancel with no right to a refund. This policy is designed to be fair to all members and to allow as many people as possible to attend the classes they want.
