Cancellation Policy

Class bookings can be cancelled or rescheduled from your App up to 1 hours before the start time of your class for members. Pay as you go bookings do not have the facility to reschedule however you may cancel with no right to a refund. This policy is designed to be fair to all members and to allow as many people as possible to attend the classes they want.
