Since I first qualified as a fitness instructor in 2006 I have loved it, fitness classes have changed my life and the lives of everyone I teach for the better. I joined Cheyette fitness in January as after lockdown I thought enough is enough piling weight on & mental health very up & down. 8 weeks later just in March and wow can absolutely see results. The classes are brilliant I highly recommend them. I hate the thought of going in a gym but the classes push you to achieve what you want. Not only do I want to get in shape but also get fit and it is a also absolutely amazing for my mental health. Best decision I made joining here.. can’t wait to continue my journey and get the results I came for. This was me in October at my sisters wedding miserable over weight and no energy at all. So I decided when I got home to do something about it and the best decision I made 5 long months ups and down but I’m here and I feel AMAZING 11 stone 5lb to 9 stone. Food balance eating healthy bit starving myself and of course still treats at weekends and of course the exercise classes I do at Cheyette Fitness which has not only helped me physically but my mental health. I honestly would never of walked into a gym but these classes are unreal It’s amazing how an hour out of your day can make you feel amazing.

Hi, I'm Mel. I used lockdown productively, turning a negative situation into a positive and achieved my Level 2 Fitness Instructor qualification!
I have a strong passion for fitness and the importance for both mental and physical health. I like to share my enthusiasm with others, keeping my classes upbeat and offering a variety of different ways to get hot and sweaty!!! From bodyweight HIIT sessions to throwing around kettlebells... Either way we're going to burn those calories quickly and efficiently whist having an absolute blast!!
