We will also go ahead and cancel your Class Membership for you so it will automatically stop before any more payments are due for that one.

Hi, I'm Mel. I used lockdown productively, turning a negative situation into a positive and achieved my Level 2 Fitness Instructor qualification!
I have a strong passion for fitness and the importance for both mental and physical health. I like to share my enthusiasm with others, keeping my classes upbeat and offering a variety of different ways to get hot and sweaty!!! From bodyweight HIIT sessions to throwing around kettlebells... Either way we're going to burn those calories quickly and efficiently whist having an absolute blast!!
